Robert E. Penoyer, P.E., P.S.S.C. President and Owner of GES, background includes over 21 years experience as environmental engineer and Pollutant Storage Specialty Contractor which includes over 18 years of professional engineering experience with design of retail, commercial, fleet fueling Bulk Plants, Terminals facilities and systems, Phase I and II Environmental Assessment, Site Assessment, pollution prevention and control, regulatory compliance (non-hazardous and hazardous waste), emergency response, and design, installation and operation maintenance of petroleum/ hazardous waste remediation systems. In addition, Robert E. Penoyer has been a business owner since 1994, and owns/operate an engineering business called REP Engineering Solutions, Inc.
GES currently employs four full time service technicians having a combined experience of over 105 years. Our petroleum storage tank contractor has over 18 years of experience and manages a ten person construction crew.
